Dear Reader,
Amidst a high profile launch of the Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre (OIFC) site by the Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh at the 2010 Pravasi Bharatiya Divas, Woodapple is discovering the many faces of the Indian Diaspora and the possibilities that over 24 million people bring in partnering for a Nation's growth.

An investment facilitation site – the first of its kind, it will soon bring together overseas Indians, entrepreneurs and Indian business on a single platform to do business with each other. At the core the project aims at realizing the Indian Government’s overarching objective of “deepening engagement” with the Diaspora, considered to be both the products and drivers of globalization.

While India is going places, Woodapple’s turning some interesting corners too.
Until the next bend.
