Joy has been a professional business consultant and an entrepreneur with over 15 years of industry experience. His core interests are in creating elegant and usable products, closely working on the complete product development lifecycle and 'out-of-box' experiences. He has been in the forefront of bringing Design-Thinking into Strategic Decision-making processes for various corporate, government and quasi-government institutions.

Co-founder at Woodapple Interactive, he has been involved in creating various innovative frameworks and IPs while spearheading large initiatives with NASSCOM, HCL Technologies, Microsoft, Encyclopedia Britannica, the TATA Group, Confederation of Indian Industry and more. He has also worked with large pan-European ecommerce Travel & Hospitality majors like Ebookers.com, Isango.com and Copper Beech (UK).

Joy did his Masters (Design) from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and graduated in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Suparna has 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in managing customers, operations and people, as a director at Woodapple Interactive Pvt Ltd. She is responsible for spearheading key content management and knowledge management initiatives of the organization. Her role as head of content involves her in branding & identity creation consulting; content benchmarking and audits and research; story-boarding; editing and creating content for the digital domain.

Suparna nurtures an abiding interest in human psychology and the motivations of the unconscious mind. In building teams she helps people discover their latent talents and understand their limiting patterns, to break free and realize their true potential.

She has studied the MBA program from Andrews University at SMC, Pune and has majored in Psychology from Lady Shriram College, Delhi University.

Vaishali has more than 12 years of industry experience across various industry verticals. In Woodapple, since 2004, she has been responsible for the company’s interface with clients to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of operational services to key clients. She has been instrumental in designing and implementing numerous initiatives in collaboration with Woodapple's clients. At Woodapple, her role primarily involves project management, client consulting, strategy implementation, external alliance management and team coordination.

Vaishali has been a gold medallist in her undergraduate programme from Fergusson College, Pune University, and is a Post Graduate in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune.

Sameer has more than 12 years experience in the IT industry, primarily in the field of Project Management and Software Architecture. He has worked in various domains like Web 2.0, Enterprise Applications, Travel, Data Consolidation, e-Commerce, SAP Integration, Content Management and more.

Over the years he has built large enterprise applications for companies like Ranbaxy Laboratories, Medmeme LLC, Isango.com, MousePrice.com and more covering domains in Web 2.0 platforms, Travel, Pharma, Real Estate, GPS and Mapping, Finance, HR and Supply Chain Management. He has extensive project management experience in handling and managing teams for delivery of high-end production applications and websites.

He has never had any formal training in technology and has plunged himself into the world of Information Technology from a very early age. He loves gaming, fantasy movies/novels and Star Wars.

Ruben Kenig has over 10 years experience of consulting with clients on maximising their online presence. Working as a designer and copywriter before focussing on social media, community management, content strategy and project management. He has experience of working with a wide range of clients from SMEs to large public institutions always focusing on the use of technology as a tool to drive businesses towards their goals.

Ruben's initial training was as a composer. His experiences in music inform his work in information technology with regard to both processes of production and the focus on affecting the audience. Ruben can still be found playing music occasionally and has a deep interest in the history of science and technology.

A Masters of Design from Industrial Design Centre IIT, Powai, he has an experience of 15 years, practicing, Industrial, Graphic and Interaction Design. Previously he’s worked with National Informatics Centre (NIC), Compunnel Software India Pvt. Ltd. and EBProvider Pvt. Ltd., amongst others.

As a senior Design and Usability Member of Woodapple Team, Alok has played a key role in Conceptualization, Design and Project Management of many online initiatives.

One of his key focus areas is research-based methodologies for Conceptualization and Design of Online Platforms and Systems. Research allows a deeper understanding of User Profiles, their Preferences and Behaviours and also creation of efficient User Interfaces. His other work areas include Online Branding, Communication Design and Interaction Design.
