Teamworks II.0 is a business Content Management Solution (CMS), for large Enterprise Intranets and Extranets. Teamworks II.0 knits together content contributors within and outside the enterprise and provides collaboration, management and content quality control though role based security and approval workflow models.

Teamworks II.0 integrates various content formats (textual, images, PDF , videos, etc.) . The webmasters can enter, preview, edit and then publish the content though an easy –to-use rich-text interface. Comprehensive content categorization, filtering and cross-referencing allows rich, dynamic information areas to be created. Extensive keywords and meta-tags enhance the site SEO activity.

Teamworks II.0 has been developed on MS ASP.Net 3.5 (MS SQL) platform and provides for easy maintenance & support.

	FAQ’s and knowledgebase: Maintain FAQ’s and knowledgebase in an easy to manage system with features such as N-Level categorization system, related FAQ’s, true WYSIWYG editor and PinPoint Search facility. The module can be treated both as a short form FAQ system or turned into a full fledge knowledgebase management system
	Wizard/Surveys/User Guidance plug in: Includes plug-in to manage Wizards, Surveys and intelligent workflow based user guidance system. The plug in allows administrators to create complex decision based workflow systems to guide users from one step to another and in turn provide more valuable and relevant information to end users. The same system can be used to create Multiple choice based Survey’s with additional reporting systems that can be created on demand.
	Newsletter and subscriber management: No website is complete with a good newsletter management system capable of sending out thousands of mails in the shortest possible time. Our newsletter plug includes a robust and comprehensive subscriber management system with full auditing of when a user opted in and opted out of the newsletter. It has additional capabilities of linking the subscriber base to external/3rd party user base via web services to seamlessly integrate your existing user base with the newsletter user base. Apart for managing subscribers, the plug-in has extensive features to manage the newsletter content using a WYSIWYG editor and supports sending of mails in both HTML and text formats.
